1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and prk98 ("prk98", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at prk98.org. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the prk98 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the prk98 platform and close your account if one has been created. Your continued use of the prk98 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the prk98 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Use of the prk98 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. prk98 operates a strict 21+ policy. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to register, deposit, wager, or collect winnings on the prk98 platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of prk98 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the prk98 platform or had your account closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and acting voluntarily.

prk98 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or following any suspicious account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe requested by prk98 will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on prk98, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active prk98 account. Creating duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided — including name, date of birth, address, or payment details — will result in account suspension pending verification, and may result in permanent closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your prk98 login credentials. prk98 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. • Account Currency: All prk98 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal figures are in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Non-Transferability: Your prk98 account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise make available your account or any funds within it to any third party.

prk98 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to request additional verification documents from any player at any time in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

prk98 facilitates PKR deposits and withdrawals through a range of payment methods tailored for Pakistani players. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Accepted Methods: Deposits and withdrawals may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. prk98 reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Withdrawal Processing: prk98 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of submission. Processing times for specific methods may vary. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest.
• Verification Before Withdrawal: All accounts must complete full KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be approved. Accounts with incomplete or failed verification will have withdrawal requests placed on hold.
• Source of Funds: prk98 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds deposited into any player account, as part of its AML compliance obligations.
• Payment Method Consistency: prk98 may require that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to the limits and capabilities of each payment channel.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

prk98 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Account: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a prk98 account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have previously self-excluded, players whose accounts are under review, and players who have been identified as bonus abusers are not eligible to participate in promotions.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. Bonuses and associated winnings not used or wagered within the stated period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse and Fraud: prk98 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage wagering, use of multiple accounts, coordinated bonus exploitation, and the use of betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account closed and all balances forfeited.

prk98 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, including retroactively where fraud or abuse is detected.

6 Gameplay & Wagering Rules

All games available on the prk98 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general rules apply across all gaming and betting activity on prk98:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time dealer action. prk98 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — the result of the affected game round may be voided. prk98's decision on voided rounds is final.
• prk98 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, including wagers placed at clearly incorrect odds, wagers affected by software errors, or wagers that exploit an identified system vulnerability.
• For sports betting, including PSL and international cricket markets, settlement will follow the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets accepted after an event's conclusion due to data feed delays will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the prk98 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or termination and may result in forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the prk98 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or using the prk98 platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the prk98 platform or any of its games.
• Registering or maintaining more than one active player account on prk98.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your identity, age, or location.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to circumvent geographical restrictions or obscure your true location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing prk98 staff or other players through any communication channel.

prk98 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and may disclose player account information and transaction records where required by applicable law or regulation.

8 Responsible Gaming

prk98 is committed to promoting responsible gambling for all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and prk98 recognises that for some individuals it can become problematic. The following responsible gaming provisions are in effect on the prk98 platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account dashboard. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

9 Privacy & Data

prk98 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on prk98 and accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

prk98 collects personal data including but not limited to: name, date of birth, CNIC number, address, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, AML monitoring, customer support, and, where consent has been provided, marketing communications.

prk98 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable obligations.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the prk98 platform — including but not limited to the prk98 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of prk98 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the prk98 platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any prk98 content without express prior written permission from prk98.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, prk98 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the prk98 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors beyond prk98's reasonable control.
• Loss or corruption of data associated with your player account.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses incurred as a result of your reliance on information provided on the prk98 platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or game information.

prk98's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your prk98 account in the three calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the player account at any time:

• By You: You may request closure of your prk98 account at any time by contacting prk98 support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.
• By prk98: prk98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, AML concerns, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 above.

Where prk98 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance derived from bonuses or wagering conducted in breach of these Terms may be forfeited. Balances arising from legitimate deposits will be returned subject to prk98's verification of their legitimacy.

13 Amendments

prk98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, prk98 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to affected players via email or on-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the prk98 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using prk98 and request account closure.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it — including disputes relating to its existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which prk98 holds its operational compliance standing. prk98 operates under international gaming compliance standards and adheres to responsible gaming obligations consistent with international regulatory best practice.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between you and prk98 shall be referred to binding arbitration. You agree that arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
